Join us for a warm and welcoming Stir-up Sunday, celebrating a cherished tradition, as we prepare for Christmas together with
Rachel Green by making your own traditional Christmas pudding from scratch using Rachel Green's family recipe.

Author, TV presenter, farmer and food campaigner, Rachel, is well known as an active and passionate ambassador of British
produce. Rachel believes that food doesn’t have to be complicated to be really good.

All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided to make your 6 person pudding.

Please bring your own apron.

No experience needed — just come along, join in and take your pudding home to cook.

 

Arrival at 10.00am for freshly made tea or coffee with a mince pie.
This will be followed by Rachel's Christmas pudding masterclass, and finishing with a demonstration of some of her favourite mincemeat recipes.

Afterwards enjoy a two-course luncheon.

Traditional roast British turkey, chipolata sausage wrapped in bacon, cranberry and sage stuffing or
Butternut squash quinoa and chestnut roast, Madeira gravy v
