Complementing our seasonal menus is an award-winning wine, cocktail, and drinks list curated to showcase both global treasures and the very best of Derbyshire’s own producers.

From Wednesday 15 July, you can choose from our new 2-course Breakfast & Brunch for £27pp, or indulge in our popular 3-course Champagne Breakfast & Brunch for £37.50pp.

Both menus have been updated with exciting new dishes, including:

• Barbequed Persian Chicken with avocado vierge, feta and sweetcorn salsa
• Pork Schnitzel with Caesar salad
• Allsop Brothers' Dexter rump cap steak, served with either fried egg, hash brown, cherry tomatoes and chimichurri, or French fries with your choice of chimichurri or peppercorn sauce

Alongside these new dishes, our much-loved Derbyshire Breakfast remains on the menu for those who fancy a classic full English breakfast.
